Same day despatch
USA: We despatch the same day if you place your order before 11am (Central Daylight Time) Other orders are despatched the next working day. 
Orders placed before 11am on Friday will be delivered the following week.
Orders placed over the weekend will be picked and sent the following Monday. 
Swaps & Returns
At AniMac you can shop with peace of mind. Any items that are not suitable for purpose can be returned. No problem if you want to change size or you just don't like it. Simply return any of your items in original saleable condition within 60 days of receiving them.

SWAPS: The easiest and fastest way to exchange a product is to place a new order for the size you do want. Send the old size you don't want back for a refund with a copy of original paperwork.  
Refunds: Just send back the items you don't want for a refund with a copy of the paperwork so we can match your order for the refund.
